Entrepreneurial Training Program

 

Started in 2014 as GROW-FOOD with the goal of developing food businesses and now serving businesses of all sorts, GROW-PROGRESANDO is an Entrepreneurial Training Program for visionary entrepreneurs. The program includes pre-venture assessment, needs analysis, business planning, marketing, financial planning, capital access, sustainability, referrals to service providers and more.  Sessions are presented in English or Spanish.

 

The overarching goal of the project is to increase economic development and vibrancy in the Rogers Park community, develop multiple new small businesses that choose to stay in the neighborhood as they grow.

 

Generously funded by The Coleman Foundation, City of Chicago's Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and

CIBC Bank. iI is further supported by Businesses of Color Partnership Grant in collaboration with Small Business Majority and

Working Credit and funded by Chicago Community Trust, The Coleman Foundation, JP Morgan Chase, McCormick Foundation.
